QC Poultry was founded in 1998 by Nick Macis, a second-generation food business professional with deep roots in chicken production, sales, marketing, and purchasing. Today, his son Nicolas Macis serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing third-generation leadership focused on efficiency and innovation across all segments of the business.

We are a specialty house. Our primary business is deboning, cutting, marinating, and packaging whole chickens and chicken parts to create value-added products. We have built our reputation on the most demanding accounts in the industry — complex specifications, proprietary flavor profiles, and end-to-end attention to detail that sets a higher bar for what a specialty processor should deliver.
