QC Poultry was founded in 1998 by Nick Macis, a second-generation food business professional with deep roots in chicken production, sales, marketing, and purchasing. Today, his son Nicolas Macis serves as Vice President of Operations, bringing third-generation leadership focused on efficiency and innovation across all segments of the business.
